Thanks to @straddiebrewing about to make the first Redlands brewed beer using Redlands grown hops.

During harvest we run a motion activated camera to see what wildlife is attracted to the farm. I’m excited to report a detection of this rarely seen (these days) species Mattus kirkegaardius, likely attracted by the aroma of maturing hop flower

Meet Vista, a super hop variety we imported from the US last year. We ran a few plants through the harvester today to test the new sorting belt. Harvest start in two weeks 🍻
